In this workshop edition we spend more time on explanation, we cover some basic techniques and we will dance a lot with accompaniment.

♡ TANTRIC DANCE ♡
A dance of giving and receiving, where one is in charge and the other is blindfolded and allowed to move in the dance. The challenge is to stay very close to yourself, but at the same time to be connected to the other. An exercise to be open and grounded.
♡ REQUIREMENTS ♡
Light clothing that you can move in comfortably. Bring your own blindfold or receive one on site to deepen your dance. Sealable bottle of water for on the dance floor.
